• Our services include a comprehensive consultation to understand your requirements, followed by the design, development, and deployment of your website.

Design Revisions

• We provide 3 design revisions, as agreed upon in the service agreement, to ensure the final website meets your satisfaction.

Website Support Services

Maintenance and Support

• Our website support services include regular maintenance and technical support to ensure your website operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Services include boosting website speed, preventive security updates, streamlining web pages, fixing broken links, and tailored website design adjustments to prevent costly overhauls.

WordPress Support

• For WordPress websites, we offer dedicated support that includes handling technical issues, security updates, and ensuring your site reflects the latest trends and functionality.

Payment and Fees

• The Client agrees to pay the monthly website fee for 24 months.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to correct the breach within a specified period. If the website service is canceled within 24 month the remaining balance will be due. Once the remaining amount is paid in full, the website files and database will be given to the client.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms.

4. No Contracts or Cancellation Fees

• We operate without binding contracts and do not impose cancellation fees. Clients are free to discontinue our services at their discretion.

5. Ownership

• Clients retain 100% ownership of the work produced by Results Digital during the service period.

6. Advisory Note

• While we strive to provide effective SEO services, we believe that SEO alone may not guarantee optimal results. We highly recommend integrating Google Ads DSA campaigns alongside SEO efforts for enhanced outcomes.

2. Google Ads Services Overview Results Digital offers specialized Google Ads services aimed at enhancing lead generation and e-commerce performance. Our services include DSA Management Service and Full Google Ads Management.

3. Service Components

• DSA Management Service: This is offered at a flat rate.
• Full Google Ads Management: This includes a monthly fee plus a percentage of the ad spend.
• Activities: Throughout the month, we engage in various activities such as tracking user behavior, reviewing phone calls and web forms, adjusting campaign budgets, monitoring ad performance, and assessing account strategy.

4. Lead Generation Accounts

• For lead generation accounts, we focus on qualifying forms and calls, manually reviewing each submission to ensure legitimacy, and then using this data to train Google Ads algorithms for optimized lead generation.

5. Budget Considerations

• Google Ads is a paid service. We may suggest budget adjustments to enhance ad performance, but any changes will be proposed for your approval first.
